Baltic countries: delivery is offered with Omniva\/DPD parcel lockers\/courier and is expected to be 2-5 business days.<\/span><\/p>\n

European Union: Standard delivery typically takes 5\u201310 business days.<\/span><\/p>\n

International: Shipping times vary by destination, generally between 7\u201321 business days.<\/span><\/p>\n

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

All shipments within the European Union are free from additional duties.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each artwork is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Larger pieces or custom commissions may be shipped in specialized packaging to prevent damage during transit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive tracking information within 3\u20135 business days, please contact us.<\/span><\/p>\n

Return and Exchange Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

We aim for 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n

Eligibility for Returns:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the artwork.<\/span><\/p>\n

The artwork must be returned undamaged, in its original condition, including packaging.<\/span><\/p>\n

Custom artwork and commissioned pieces are non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Damaged Artworks:<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

If your artwork arrives damaged, we will offer a refund or replacement.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item, including photos of the damage and the packaging.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once the damage is confirmed, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if necessary), and we will process a full refund or send a replacement piece if possible. Return shipping for damaged items will be covered by us.<\/span><\/p>\n

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the artwork back.<\/span><\/p>\n

Return shipping costs are the buyer\u2019s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
